Terms of service
I. Purpose
This form is designed to ensure a safe and professional environment for both clients and therapist, by defining appropriate policies and procedures for services provided.
II. Professional Boundaries
1. Scope of Practice: Massage therapy is strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or conduct by the client or the therapist is strictly prohibited.
2. Client Draping: Clients must remain appropriately draped, at all times, with only the area being treated exposed by the therapist.
3. No Contact: Any form of inappropriate advances, requests, or behavior—whether verbal or physical—is a violation of this policy.
4. Inappropriate Behavior: Any action that creates discomfort related to inappropriate behavior or comments, including, but not limited to, jokes or sexual innuendos—is considered a violation of this policy.
III. Reporting Procedures
If the therapist experiences any form of misconduct, she WILL immediately terminate the session, and payment will be collected in full.
IV. Acknowledgment
I confirm that I have read and acknowledge the Terms of Service described above. I agree to uphold professional standards during and after all massage therapy sessions. If the therapist experiences any form of misconduct, the session will be immediately terminated, and payment will be collected in full.
